Your role

As a property technician, you will play a central role in the operation of our properties. You will work both operationally and proactively to ensure a safe, efficient, and energy-smart property environment. You will be a key person in contact with our operations and external suppliers, and your strong interest in technology will help you continuously optimize our systems. You will be part of a team together with a technical manager, where you will have primary responsibility for the management, operation, and maintenance of over ten properties of varying sizes.

Your main tasks will include:

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of the properties' ventilation, cooling, and heating systems
• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance
• Monitor and optimize property technical installation systems
• Handle fault reports and follow up on cases
• Act as a contact person for suppliers and manage and follow up on orders

We are looking for you

We are looking for someone who is curious, solution-oriented, and enjoys translating technology and data into practical benefits. You have:

• Experience in driving property technical work within operations or maintenance.
• Good understanding of work environment in construction projects
• Driver's license (B)
• Good computer skills
• Swedish and English proficiency in both spoken and written form

Meritorious:

• Property technical education
• Education in control and regulation technology
• Experience in managing smaller construction projects

You are self-driven, can take responsibility for and plan your own workdays, and can prioritize your work effectively. Furthermore, we see that you are attentive, collaborative, and have a positive attitude.

This is us, your colleagues

The property department consists of a total of five people who manage primarily the group's office properties, but also the shell of some of our production facilities, such as the Combined Heat and Power Plant, Kungsängsverket, Hässlö Waterworks, and several other exciting properties. So even though we are only five people in the department, you will be in contact with most of our operations during a workweek. We help each other with most things, and we have a wide variety of tasks.
